Residents use Penelope to ‘self manage’ repairs and maintenance, creating an electronic ‘paper-trail’ for auditing purposes as they go. Penelope is also their gateway to a range of 'lifestyle services' such as ordering flower deliveries and dry cleaning services. Penelope saves time and money in all areas related to building management and maintenance and delivers higher standards of living for residents.
